ExpenseApp is a beta product operated by MayoCo Ltd. This page is a plain-language summary while we're in friends-and-family beta — not legal advice.

What we collect

• Account info you provide (email, display name).
• If you sign in with Google, your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account (used only to create and identify your ExpenseApp account).
• Expense data you enter or import (amounts, merchants, categories, group splits).
• Basic usage and error diagnostics (e.g. Sentry) to fix bugs.

How we use it

To run the app: show your dashboard, compute group balances, send auth emails, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.

Where it lives

Data is stored in our hosted database (Supabase). Backups and access are limited to what's needed to operate the service.

Your choices

You can stop using the app at any time. For export, deletion, or questions during beta, use the Feedback link in the footer or open an issue on GitHub.

This policy may change as we move beyond beta. We'll update this page when it does.
